Throughout his teenage years, Nathan Prime helped export British gospel music to the USA, making an appearance on the influential Bobby Jones Gospel Explosion programme that went out to over 10 millions of viewers on American television.
In 1994 Nathan released his debut single ‘I Can’t Hide’ and in the following year he was awarded Best Male Vocalist in association with London Gospel Music Awards sponsored by Carlton TV
Nathan has performed on several albums in both secular and gospel projects. He has travelled extensively in Europe performing in countries such as Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Germany and Italy, appearing on national TV and radio. In 2004 he was invited to Italy to perform just after the Pope’s message to the nation on national television to a viewing audience of 20 million worldwide.
